My suspicion tells me that maybe they’re cracking the whip to get workers some inexperienced to move faster than practical and if that’s the case then smarten up these are people you’re hiring not machines

The usual 18 minutes cooking time turned into 24 but the top was not browning at all because the pan is too large and blocks the flow of heat from the bottom oven element
