Pros

Cast iron is exceptionally versatile and easy to clean. Only complaint is that the drip tray is a little small.

I am not convinced the coating on this pan is very good.

It maximizes the seasoned taste from previous cookings- and certainly keeps the mess off the grill grates, minimizing flare-ups.

It seems to not have as even heat distribution and therefore have uneven cooking.

It's only 8" due to the grease channel and thick edges.

Price

Can't ask for anything better at a excellent price.
