Cons
This one is hopeless. Just a worthless piece of cast iron in the house. Target has better ones. Very very disappointed.
Sides are gettn crusted after each use inspire of tlc given while cleaning. No matter how many times i have oiled it, it sticks all food in the same spot. Disappointed when the tortilla stuck and burnt the pan.

Would love a 12 skillet that weighs about the same had a cool touch handle silicone grips stink for actually picking up a hot skillet and had just a slightly taller rim

Personally i didnt need to reseason the griddle but i did apply some oil and heat it until there were fumes before reducing the heat and starting to cook

You will need little patience to clean this since it is a bit heavy and needs to be handwashed
