Pros

Came perfectly pre-seasoned. Make sure to season it once in a while to avoid rusting. After use i wait for it cook down then wash it with dawn soap and steel scrub.

Cast iron griddle by lodge is a good buy to make pancakes, omelettes and dosas. Works very well on the long oval griddle burner on my samsung gas range. Great for crepes, pancakes, and grilled cheese.

Cons

It says ore seasoned but what ever i cook on it gets struck or burnt. Now it sticks all food in the same spot no matter how many times i have oiled it.
