Pros
This pan can be just as nonstick as teflon pans. It's heavier than an aluminum teflon-coated throwaway fry pan, but transfers heat better and lasts forever.
Cons
This is just a hunk of steel. It's okay for certain foods but not all, eggs are a pain due to running to sides. With warping there is really no point. Ordered one and it came rusted.
