Pros
After the seasoning, no sticky for frying eggs. By far my favourite cast iron pie. Have used the pan for bacon and eggs, pork chops, chicken and veg stir fry.
After much review, lodge ws the choice. Did not disappoint. Came as advertised.
The miele induction cooktop heats up like nobody's business and is absolutely the bomb for searing meat. Heats evenly and cooks beautifully. Ideal combination for a steak sear station prior to oven cooking.
Heavy, strong, gets the job done. Other useful features are the little handhold opposite the main handle and the silicon sleeve. Would like to find a silicon protector for the short handle.

On the down side need a good scrubber and muscle power to scrub off food particles after which the pan needs to be reseasoned
