Pros & Cons
Pros
Mes pizzas ont un meilleur goût depuis que je l'ai.
Recently discovered cooking on cast iron cookware. Will last forever. Cast iron requires a little more specialized maintenance than a stone or pizza sheet.
Fantastic pizza. It seems very solid, and heats up evenly. Absolute gem for pizza.
This product is heavy gage and works very well for pizza. Not dry and cardboard. The downside is that they are heavy.
Big enough to make 3-4 large pancakes at a time, or 4-6 fried eggs. Store it in oven and leave it there when not using the oven. A fried egg can be flipped easily this way with no sticking.
Cons
Waiting for response from lodge prior retuning the product.
Highlights
Quality
Another high quality cast-iron product from lodge added to my collection.
With the proper dough mix with a small modification awesome.
Price
I felt the price is too much .
Packaging/appearance
If you buy one, you'll love it as long as you let it build up it's non-stick coating.
Competitiveness
Solide et la cuisson de la pizza excellente.
While this is a 14inch diameter pan, i try to limit my pizza to 10-12inch in diameter, making it easier to launch and yank off.
