Throw it in the oven when you first turn it on or the grill and when you take it out of the oven or open the grill top just build the pizza right on it

I throw it in the oven preheat the oven to as high as it will go think 550 or even 600 if you can then blast the crap out of a pizza slid into the oven off a pizza paddle

That tells me they didnt preheat or nor did they use a paddle thus the texture and underside of their pizza is soggy
