A simple, durable product. The device is sturdy, easy to use, and very easy to clean up. This press is awesome.
Heavy weight, solid hinge/handle, precise design. It has a nice weight to it. I like the weight and the brand.
Cons

I have discovered it is wise to use a piece of parchment over the burger so the food does not stick to the cast iron
