This skillet is badass. Couldn't be happier.
Cook bison it in for the first dish! It’s a good workout this heating evenly. It gets blazing hot and holds heat forever.
The pan is black and slick.
This skillet helps me create memories and quality time with my family, while cooking and displaying meals. It hangs on my bakers rack & i enjoy looking at it.
Season it a few times with flaxseed oil or crisco. A quick wipe and spritz with oil was all i needed to fry a quick batch of bacon. Rinsed with hot water and used a plastic scraper to remove any little bits stuck to the pan.
