Pros

The lodge cast iron round griddle is extremely durable and can last a lifetime. The vibrant red silicone handle holder adds a pop of color and a comfortable grip. The silicone handle cover saves burnt fingers.

After washing and little scrubbing it is as good as new. Seasons and cleans nicely.

Don’t overthink it, it’s a great tool! Have bought another one for chapathi. Finally and most importantly this heavy metals griddle is made in the usa.

Cons

This pan was poorly manufactured. Tried to wash the pan using paper towel. Paper towel become black and brown color. Now it sticks all food in the same spot no matter how many times i have oiled it.
