Pros

I am a pretty physically fit chef, and i still find the griddle to be pretty hefty. I marvel that it still has the lid. The short handle works perfectly because with such a shallow depth one is less likely to cook things that need handling.

I have become a born again cast iron fan with this product.

Well i have used it many times now and i am very pleased with it.

But with the griddle's relatively flat surface, you don't have to dig in at a specific angle to clean it.
