Pros

The video is crystal clear and the built in microphone is wonderful. Don't have to open laptop at my desk to do video any more. The audio quality is also a lot better than i thought.

Great price, clarity, and durability. Was upgraded from standard shipping to priority shipping at no additional cost. Quality still greatly pleases me and definitely beats the competition.

Cons

The c510 is not skypehd compatible, despite what the box on it says. If i try to use the video feature (either streaming or capture) of the included software, it locks up immediately. I am really angry about that and hope amazon dumps the supplier.
