Unless you have a wall right behind you i would suggest maybe looking at xsplit vcam to give you a fake background when the camera is on

Great little webcamthe only thing is there are no instructions that come with it which is a bit of a downside but eventually figured out how to use it and you need to download the software for it to get it to work
