Pros

This picture view is wide angle with exceptional picture quality to boot. The quality is so much better than the built in camera on my laptop.

Took me less than 3 minutes to set up after downloading the required software. I use this on my professional laptop, and my company blocks some of the functionality. Mine is plugged directly into the mac mini with no issues.

Cons

The camera flickers every 30s. The camera packaging is c920x, but it only loads the c920 driver. The privacy shutter is not included in the package upon purchased. Will not be trying another of their webcam products ever again.

This thing is so overpriced for its quality. Also there are no instructions or information on why it's only partially functioning out of the box. It would be fantastic if we were in 2010, but this is kinda a piece of garbage for the price.

My first webcam order was returned because it locked up my computer and appeared to be incompatible with my mac mini m2.

Great product for price, just wish it had a cover for the camera while not in use.

I do not use it a great deal but i am happy with it.

Competitiveness

It would have been nice to include one, or better yet, have one built in like many competing webcams have.

Also to note, while several cameras in the logitech 920 line come with privacy covers, this one does not.
