It's unfortunate because i would have purchased more of these if it had worked. Not making this easy is a big fail. What a joke of security cameras.
If you set the camera to record any motion it records even when there isn't motion, or perhaps the tiniest iota of motion that you can't even notice in the clip. These cameras are offline too frequently. But it’s clear image, when it connects.

I liked the ease of use and icloud features and range of vision but the negatives are that it often loses connection with my wifi and one of my units at the far corner of the house keeps needing a reset even though my wifi signal is at max level

Also setting the motion detection range is extremely inaccurate… it just uses the whole screen and not the area defined in the home app

This is our second camera to replace a battery camera since the motion detection range on the logitech circle views is much better than battery cameras it uses image based motion detection vs passive infrared motion detection

We block this camera from the internet so we usually manually keep track using websites to determine when new firmware for our homekit accessories becomes available

After talking with logitech reps on reddit it appears this is not something logitech offers for the circle view
