Pros
Great for online meetings and very durable. We do our best not to have overlapping meetings/phone calls, but oftentimes it's hard to avoid. Well packaged and delivered precisely as promised. Works great on zoom meetings and skype calls.
The nc works great for the mic. No noise in pauses. Mic is very sensitive, probably requires attenuation. Works great, clear audio and mic.
Cons
The headset put an intolerable amount of pressure on my ears. They are tight and push into the top of my head causing an indent and press into my ears causing them to hurt. The software is cisco jabber, however, it is still totally dead.

Overall good value, and with some slight tweaking are plenty comfortable enough for multi-hour wear.
I would recomend this for anyone who needs a headset at a reasonable price.
You can't beat this for the price.

No words needed, logitech is one of the best computer peripherals brands in the market.
I had tried two different brands from walmart and people couldn't ever hear me, i was literally having to yell so they could hear me.
And the h390 is not microsoft teams certified, so muting via the headset cord button does not turn mute on in teams.

So i just put something between the two ear pieces to stretch out the headphones a bit for about a day so they arent pressing too tightly against the sides of my head as i wear them

The mutebutton assembly is well built but when these headphones do wear out they wear out in the thin cord that spans from the headphone ear piece to the mutebutton assembly so be careful with that section of wire while using and storing them

There is a lot of echo when using the headset with webex but that might be more of a problem with webex than the headset
