Pros
The keyboard itself has an excellent feel. It is very stout of construction. The only downside is it makes the ipad quite a bit heavier which takes some getting used to.
The detachable keyboard is reversible. Magnets for the keyboard attachment are strong. The backlits are great when it is darker.
Logitech combo touch ipad air keyboard case is a game-changer. I bought this one because “thumbing” my ipad air 5 is just not very efficient. This is the only well made smart connector case i found.
One standout feature for me is the detachable keyboard with a kickstand. Backlit keyboard is convenient for low-light environments and adds a touch of elegance. Adjustable stand is very sturdy with a hinge that stays at the angle you set it at.

I hope it was just an unusual failure, since i do like this contraption. All repair/refresh suggestions by logitech service team were followed to no avail. Sent back for refund and will not be repurchasing.

Good value overall and i would recommend for purchase.
This is not an inexpensive case for the ipad; there are lots of those on the market already.
Otherwise very good purchase but a bit pricey!
It is worth the money i paid for it.

I had great customer service and received a new keyboard.
It delivered in under 24 hours in perfect condition.
Packaging/appearance
Was concerned because there weren’t many reviews, but the product seemed to be new, the packaging was a bit damaged.
Competitiveness
So, the price point is particularly good compared to apple's and the structure is intelligently designed.
It works better than the apple keypad cover combo i use on my ipad air.
The only reason to buy the apple one is if you have money to burn and you just have to have the name brand accessories.

One thing i noticed is that the plus and minus volume buttons are switched at least on mine and that made for a funny moment in class but not a big deal

One thing that is annoying however is that the keys keep coming off which i thought was strange considering i hardly use the keyboard itself

The only thing that i noticed that i did not like as much was that you can’t flip the keyboard all the way back without the keyboard popping off because of the magnet and that isn’t really touched on in a lot of review videos so to have the ipad by itself i would have to remove the keyboard because it doesn’t lay flat on the back of the ipad but that’s not a big deal because it’s easy to remove and put back on the keyboard it’s just something i wish i knew before i bought it
