Pros

The m575 is a net incremental improvement over the m570 except for one thing - the rollerball is inferior.

Cons

The print is so small it is useless. Months of use simply isn't enough for a pricey $50 investment.

The saddest part is that this is a huge backwards move on logitech's part. This rediculous. Amazon's change of policy that once again requires returning defective merchandise. The trackball is now on it's way back to amazon for a refund.

Left and right click * in this new version are larger, which leaves no space to rest your 3rd finger unless is right on top of the right click button. The thumb-control design is just incompatible with arthritis. What's the point of a supposedly ergon... Read More

Quality

I still love the logitech trackball mouse, but the quality isn't as good as the originals.

Since switching, i haven't had any other issues because you are not moving the mouse, just using your thumb with the ball.

The previous one finally quit and i replaced it with the updated model.
