Pros
The headset is very comfortable, and the sound quality is top notch. The mic quality is amazing. Comes with a boom mic but it is not needed as headset mic works so well. Wireless is the way to go!
The headset has general wireless connectivity along with bluetooth. On sale this headset is a good option imo. The bluetooth connectivity is great also.
Headphone connects to xbox via a usb dongle. Headphones charge through a usb c port at the base of one ear. Some buggy settings.

Cons
The microphone is awful. The boom mic sounds worse than just using it without it. The microphone quality even with the boom mic is unacceptable.
Turning the device off is even a struggle. It disconnects every so often, and whenever i manage to reconnect it, the mic doesn't work so i have to retry it another 4/5 times. The dongle is worthless and will bug the headset out as well.
Headset doesn't adjust correctly or breath but also offers nothing in the way of cancelling noise. Box for the headset was practically smashed and held together with a roll of tape. This headset is cheap.

I was looking for this but i didn’t want to spend $300+ on my first pair!
You get a great product for the price.
But amazon had a sale and i got these for $140!
Packaging/appearance
They came in a nice case to keep ur headsets in and the bluetooth works really good on them too.
Competitiveness
I've had several other brands since and these are the best in terms of sound since those a40.
I can hear footsteps significantly earlier than my buddies who have headsets in the same price range or even more expensive.
The difference between the three isn't that much anyway.

While the app can be a bit glitchy occasionally requiring a system drive disconnect and reconnect ive found that for fps gaming the bass settings can be overpowering
