Quality
Great customization options, it is really difficult to get used to but really great product.
Works great for the games i play.

It was surprisingly useful, but i ended up sticking with the regular keyboard for practical reasons.
Price
Haven't tried for gaming yet, but since my main goal was to have it for work, it was totally worth the price.
Great buy at the sale price, there's a reason this has been in production for 8+ years now.

Competitiveness
I have to add , this thing can take a beating !
So much more affordable than other premium gameboards but with as much or more functionality.
I have also used it a few times to do some graphics work with illustrator, indesign and photoshop, along with a cintiq.
I wouldn't say it's worth the $100 msrp, but you can find it for about half that price nowadays (2016).

The software is very easy to use you can select a profile that has been configured for certain games and it is very logically layed out but it isnt difficult to change to your preferences

I can see that the major issue with this is getting used to a new device if you are used to your keyboard so you would have to stick with it for a while

Only criticisms are that the key action isnt as nice as my mechanical gaming keyboard membrane style and the joystick and thumb buttons feel low quality and are way too sensitive
