Pros
As a software developer and not a gamer, i use this mouse all day, every day. The mouse has a nice ergonomic design which fits well. I do generally prefer rat-sized to mouse-sized.
Is beautifully designed and works perfectly. Great feel, great grip and a good weight to it. Fantastic quality especially for the price.
A nice well made mouse which is geared towards gaming. Brilliant, better than most other gaming mice. Great entry point gaming mouse.
Cons
You have to put the same black stickers bank on which results in the corners of those stickers becoming slightly loose. The honeycomb texture on the sides of the mouse has come off where my fingers rest.
Logitech support is non existent, no way to reach out to them other than post on forum. Tried using it for a few hours and then just packed it away and its sat in my cupboard.

Price
It only supports up to 2500 dpi which is a bummer, but i think that's acceptable given the price.
Easily a match for mice 2 or even 3 times the price.
Packaging/appearance
Great mouse, quite a bit lighter than the corsair m65 that it replaced, but i prefer the shape and placement of the buttons on the g300.

This is the perfect mouse for me because of the way i grip it but i’ve bought 2 of these now and the middle mouse button seems to stop working quite quickly my latest one the middle mouse button stopped working within a month otherwise very good mouse and would recommend

The built in program will flicker your mouses rgb lights to a different colour depending on whos speaking as it assigns a different colour per person

If u are lefthanded and refuse to conform this is one of the few half decent mice
