Pros
I recommend using an aaa battery (energizer ultimate lithium aaa) with an adapter to make the mouse lighter.
Cons
The mouse seems to be plagued with usb issues and poor durability. The whole feel of it feels very cheap, flimsy and thin where it shouldn't be. Logitech should be doing way better than this.

Quality
I needed a good general purpose wireless mouse which could be used for gaming as well as home office work.
Feels nice to use and easy to understand
My first g305 lasted 4 years of daily use so when it started to faulter it was a no brainer going for the same model again.
Price
For me the only downside is that connectivity can be a little sketchy once in a while but overall really good for the price point.
