Im writing this review after using this mouse extensively for 2 years where in i have replaced it once under warranty due to scroll issuesguess what the new piece has also started showing problems in scroll wheel after a few months of usage upon scouring the internet i found out that the model g403 is in itself is defective and it is a very serious hardware problemif you are spending 34k on a mouse i highly recommend not to choose this mouse the model itself is faulty and while logitech claiming it has released a firmware fix it is a hardware issue almost all the pieces has this scroll wheel issue and no software update can fix it id strongly advise you not to pick this mouse and save your money
