Headset not recognized in logitech ghub software. Surround sound works fine but in such low volume u loose footstep during gun fight.

The hinge breaks so easily. Hings are so cheap that after only 6 months of usage it is broken. Go for razor or steelseries products instead of this.

Stopped working after 3 months of use due to an update by logitech g hub which simply removed support of g431 from its software on the pc.

Best gaming headset at this price point

But the comfort isn't better than their previous modal g430 which had cloth material as it's cushion.
