Pros
Price doesn't gouge you, it’s a comfortable mouse for gaming and again the previous one lasted 8 years. The best thing is that these gave gotten more affordable over the years.
Logitech g502 hero has 11 total * and 13 total inputs. The weight of the mouse is a bit heavier than most people would like for fps games. Its programmable * provide unparalleled control, and the dpi settings ensure smooth and accurate movement.
Logitech's g hub software provides intuitive control over every aspect of the g502 hero. The lighting/rgb is very modest, which i like, and it's also customizable in g hub. The customizable rgb lighting adds a touch of personalization.
Quality craftsmanship meets durability in the logitech g502 hero. Durability that endures.
Cons
Not the same quality today and less than helpful customer service. This is why i don't do reviews immediately on any products after recieve. It just makes me sad that huge companies slowly ruin great products like this. I swear they keep finding ways ... Read More
If its defective? If its working right? The g502 makes no sense to me. This is supposed to have a two year warranty. Usually not when it's brand new.
Installation returns “error parsing 0x80004005. Scanned for virus. Firewall on / off. Turned off computer. Try logging back on the computer, hmmm. Tried a different usb port.
New software they offer, g hub, is bloatware that is hellbent on getting you to create an account or register your devices. It's safe to say i will never purchase another logitech product again.

Quality
Very good and stable product, my old g502 mouse is many years old and has a lot of wear and tear, but it works perfectly.
The programmable buttons also function nicely and are very useful
Abandoned razer mice due to getting double-click issues (among others) after about 5 months of use.
If you're in the market for a reliable, customizable, and high-performing mouse, i can't recommend the logitech g502 hero enough.

Good value for money and good quality
I'm just stocking 3rd one since they came out with new one and i can get it at half price for black friday sale
This order is a backup with a discount.
Competitiveness
The g502 is bigger than all three which means i can comfortable rest my fingers and palms on it.
As my first mouse from a high-end range, superior to the typical $10 mouse, i liked its materials, weight, and buttons.
I don't think there is a better, more capable, wired mouse in this price range.
The m510 is a great wireless mouse and it's bigger than most notebook mice but smaller than the m500.

I like the logitech m500 and m510 as the first is a large wired mouse though i dont think that logitech sells it anymore

Went through three corsair nightswords with the same issue at about a mouse per 11 months
