Cons
When it works it is wonderful, but intermittent failures and then a quick death twice in a row is not good enough. Have replaced with the razer basilisk v2.

The build quality is pretty solid too & the buttons are fairly satisfying to click & hard to misclick.
Quality is great and inclusion of a friction free mouse wheel is amazing for the price!
But notices the quality difference from his cheaper mouse.
I went with logitech because i have found them to be reliably high quality in the past.
Price
Logitech really knows how to make a great gaming mouse and the price makes it èven better

After retiring my logitech g500s due to a damaged cable, i moved onto the g502 hero.

Oh paper the mouse appeared to offer more features a better sensor and hopefully a design which had been tweaked over the old g500

Personally and its an unpopular opinion i prefer heavier mice as i feel i have more control over movement

The sidebutton placement is less intuitive than the old mouse especially for macros in rts games

Good mouse but its annoying that you cant change buttons on it

Also the feet may peel so potentially look into replacement feet somewhere
