Pros

This mouse is undoubtedly the finest i have ever used. Admittedly, the price difference between the plus and non-plus seems a bit steep.

The logitech g502x offers unparalleled precision and responsiveness. The ghub gives you some nice customization. The rgb colors are vivid and vibrant.

The newer switches are significantly louder with a more clicky / pingy sound than the older model. It has a long lasting battery life, the * feel great to click, and the scroll wheel feels much nicer to scroll with.

Logitech g hub is a great way to get the most out of your hub. It has an easy-to-use app that allows you to create and edit macros. Using the ghub app, you can create a macro and save it to the hub.

This is unacceptable for a $160 mouse. The kicker comes from the expectation of a full refund.

The only thing this mouse has going for it is the new hardware and that its super light. When trying to contact customer service, all you get is useless and helpless ai chat bots.

It constantly lags, like it's buffering. It will constantly reset to default with 2 profiles. This makes you have delayed shots in fps games. Disconnects and goes to sleep even while plugged into the computer.

G hub, the program you use to configure the mouse, is cringe-worthy. After 15 minutes of it retrying, it finally downloads and installs. The software has lots of issues.

Th his one is very light weight and the battery i swear lasted me 260 hours on my first charge.

It lasts me a few days before having to charge, and it's just annoying to have a wire running.

Competitiveness

Myself, as a lot of people, really like the shape of the g502 and the extra programmable buttons compared to other mouses on the market.

This helps a lot for apps like notion and internet explorer.

Ive tried other named brands, but they just don't compare.

I'm guessing ghub team doesn't care for anyone not on 11 but reviews say windows 11 ghub has the same issues.
