The metal finishing is really well made, the keys have a nice feeling when pressed. The keys aren't as stiff as other mechanicals that i've had. But that can be fixed easily. It's not perfect though, thenutshell keys are a bit stiff.

I tried to contact logitech as this is a missing part situation with no evident fault from amazon

Logitechs agent refused right away to even investigate further and pointed the finger at amazon asking me to return this fully functional keyboard

This was very poor handling from logitechs side especially when you pay for such a premium top tier keyboard
