Pros
It is a bit heavier which i like. Reasonably inexpensive, too.
It's great; it has the bumper * of ps and trigger * of a xbox controller. The d-pad on the 310 is a lot more adaptive, making it a great option for all types of games.
It works with steam games on pc.
Based on my experience with lighter (wired) joysticks, this adds durability without compromising feel. The controller isn't perfect to hold, but the * are responsive and the controls are just the right level of sensitivity.
Cons

The product works as intended, the build quality isn't the most amazing and the plastic does feel kind of cheap.
Extremely happy with the purchase and functionality.
The downside is it lacks the ergonomics of modern controllers and their higher quality plastics/weight/feel.

Youll find pressing the triggers using the sticks etc more arduous than a modern 80 controller

I would not recommend for shooters since the ergonomics do not favors the triggers

The triggers are very stiff so i would not recommend this controller for any competitive gamers
