Pros
In ms teams this headset works unbelievably good. This headphone is a go to headset for corporate calls. The headphones are lightweight, so that one can use it for longer time.
Overall product is good & valued for money. Amazing built quality and light on weight. Good longevity, lasts long.
Cons
Overall quality is equivalent to a rs 200-300 headphone. The quality of the headset is not good, its cheap plastic. The connection is an issue. The product is pathetic.
Not syncing with the laptop. Usb pin seems to be loose and easily plugged out of the port.

I am using this product for about 2 years now and iam really satisfied with the product.
Quality could have been better as there are other products in the market that provide a similar quality for lower price
The product never feels heavy on the head.

The background noise issueceiling fan noise is known in dell laptops and i tried multiple earphonesheadphonessystem settings to avoid background noises but nothing worked until i got this set of headphones

Talking about the mic quality it captures the sound too well that sometimes we need to use noise cancellation apps to cancel nearby persons voice

Although i feel it does reduces the mechanical sounds to certain degree automatically which is a good feature
