Pros
Product is good & valued for money. Decent build quality for the price. It's nice cancelation works very well. After this, nr works perfectly.
The headphones are lightweight, so that one can use it for longer time. Sometimes i consume online ott entertainment using the same headphones, where the sound quality really shines well. Good mic and speaker.
Cons
Usb pin seems to be loose and easily plugged out of the port. Feel cheated. Quality of the product is pathetic.
This headset is not compatible with windows 10. Build quality is equivalent to a rs 200-300 headphone. There is no volume control by headset itself! This headset cost me 2400 and it's not worth even 1200.

I am using this product for about 2 years now and iam really satisfied with the product.
Quality could have been better as there are other products in the market that provide a similar quality for lower price

Talking about the mic quality it captures the sound too well that sometimes we need to use noise cancellation apps to cancel nearby persons voice

Although i feel it does reduces the mechanical sounds to certain degree automatically which is a good feature
