Pros

Headset fit comfortably and does not squeeze my head. The comment complaining about the headphones falling apart after 3 years is just crazy lol. These headphones are marvelous, they work exactly as described.

The on-ear headset is lightweight and is easy to wear for long calls. I am very pleased with how clear my voice comes out, and i have no issues with being understood by my dictation software. Definitely high quality, of course, is logitech.

The mic on this headset is comparable to the set i got from the company at the beginning of my employment. The color is beautiful and subtle. Great bang for the buck.

They offer a noise cancelling feature that even drowns out my three barking dogs! The microphone seems good at canceling extraneous noises. Great noise cancellation.

Cons

Life expectancy of logitech products is one year. Too late to return for a refund. Headset itself is passable.

Headphone ear buds are about 2 x 2 with the opening where sound comes out is the size of a nickel. Headset is so tiny and tight around my head no matter if i adjust it, it still hurts. The microphone piece goes on the left ear and the right ear only.
