Pros
The device is excellent for calls over internet. Can be connected both with laptop and phone. Works as a wired headset too if battery is low. Very useful for computers or laptops where bluetooth is disabled.
The mic does a wonderful job of cancelling the background noise. Noise cancelation in mic is very good.
Cons
Received a refurbished item. Poor connectivity in usb as well as bluetooth mode. Battery backup is also very poor. Whether this is logitech's fault or seller's i don't know.
Noise cancellation is not there in the product. The mic sound is too low even if you use it at maximum volume. Not worth the price, earphone sound is low, often times goes into some kind of sleep mode and have to reinsert the nano usb and press * to w... Read More

The sound is a little low for music and the sound quality is average.
Product is good for zoom calls but not happy with the range.

The volume is less than the normal wired headphones eg if i keep my system volume at 50 for wired i need to bump it up to 80 for this one to get the same output device volume kept 100 in both casesrange is not great you can move around in your cubicle or in a room

Once i left the device powered on over the weekend and didnt notice it till monday morning and by that time the battery was kind of deep discharged
