Product works wonderfully, it has only froze up on my one time but other than that its easy to load your settings and its a ton of fun

Price

This remote is awesome for the price i paid.

This one was half the price, so i bought it instead.

Packaging/appearance

Removing the battery and rebooting cured the problem.

Competitiveness

This may not be the latest and greatest, but i bought it as a refurb at a good price and it looks and works like brand new.

I've had several logitec remotes over the years and while this model has been replaced by a newer one, it works well for me.

The only con for me with this is you have to program the remote via logitech's remote software if you want to switch devices.

I'm using a plasma tv, av receiver, a cisco cable dvr/tuner, and a bluray dvd player.
