Logitech harmony remote works via ir (infra red) signals to your components. There is a optional rf transmitter that one can buy. I also have the rf extender so it can erin rf equipment also.

It works great and comes with a recharger. Works well and smoothly. Product itself almost original minus a small ding in one edge.

The 1100 is bulky and hard to navigate through menus. My only advice is buyer beware. I look forward to the day there are more options in the marketplace than logitech.

Logitech discontinued the product. It is useless now. The touch screen is terrible. This remote is garbage.
