Cons

The battery door starts to rattle after a week or two. The coloring on the * starts to wear off after a year or so. The battery usage is high and it runs out of battery every 3-4 weeks.

The prices for a replacement 650 now exceed $300 for a $129 unit. I don’t for one second believe these positive reviews are real. Avoid this thing like the plague. Don't buy it and certainly do not spend $200 on it.

Nothing is intuitive. It's basically a labyrinth of information that takes you no where. Slight sarcasm - possibly.

Once i did get my computer working,the setup for this remote is still difficult. The myharmony software is atrocious. If your mac is current (using catalina), the software you have to download is very limited.

Much of the time, it fails to sync. The only way i’ve been able to “fix” this anomaly is to log out and completely reboot the pc. Mine crashes twice for every time it completes the update.
