Pros

The price is unsettling, but obviously there wasn't a better option since this is our second one of this same product. These types of products are in high demand and the consumers are being charged so much for this product simply because the companies... Read More

Cons

This equates to $0. It's extremely annoying that this remote has such a short lifespan.

The charging cradle is a very poor design. This happens every * time you click update remote. It's very difficult to get the remote to nest properly for recharging.

The remote is already rma'd back to tiger direct for a refund. Logitech customer service says the remote is now out of warranty so they can not help me. Thus i now have three remotes with the same defect and zero remotes that work.

Construction quality is worse than those made in china novelty gizmos. The problem lies in its durability. Logitech's customer service is nothing but shameful.

Software is insanely slow. Software to setup the remote is complete tripe. Software is not for beginners.

The only two cons are:1) the charger is a peice of crap.

I can control all of my devices (tv, blu-ray, dvr, and stereo) from one remote.
