Pros

Smartphone integration which i thought was a gimmick, is my preferred way of operating the tv. Great at controlling entertainment devices and if thats all you need its worth it.

It holds quite a punch for a small package. If i had more state of the art equipment it would have required less tweaking. It's awesome and i highly recommend it.

Works reliably and apparently can reconnect after network or power outages. Hub is stationary and it connects to our phone over wifi so that problem no longer exists. Onkyo iphone/ipad app is so slick that i use that app to control radio, cd.

Cons

Bad - the ir emitters are not standard 3. There's basically nothing you can do to get it to reconnect to your home network. It skips steps randomly and will only allow 5 or so steps for a command. It remembers nothing.

Youtube has some helpful videos but none from logitech that was worth watching. Its *. I believe the product should be removed from market until it’s fixed.

The iphone app is terrible and the software is glitchy. While iphone display is well designed and functional, the ipad gui is obviously an afterthought and very weak. The voice control is seriously under developed, the app is clunky and unintuitive an... Read More

I’m able to control my tv, reciever, xfinity, heater, air conditioner, hue lights, outlets.

We’re down to the small appletv remote.

The new televisions don't have a timer that turns them on at a certain time,only turn them off.
