Easy, 6 years later and still going strong.

Easy to set up and it works great!

2 years ago it wasn't working properly and saw the battery had swollen up.

The battery doesn't even seem to have lost any capacity.

Price

I also asked them if they would fix my old one which had two buttons not working and they said that they would for $45.

I would definitely buy this control again if it weren't for the price.

Looking at possible replacements, the prices seemed high and i just wasn't sure if my myharmony settings would transfer to the new remote.

The unit arrived well packaged and in 4 days.

The new one arrived early this afternoon.

Shipping was included both ways and i received my old unit back working perfectly.

I received the new remote in perfect condition.

The box looked like it was never opened and the unit is new.

Competitiveness

This is my 2nd one, i had a different model previously, and it's great.

Harmony's database currently has more than 270,000 different devices, from 6,000 brands, so i’d bet yours is on the list.

I paid roughly a third of what a comparable new remote might run and i have a cosmetically new remote.

(as opposed to amazon's fire tv boxes for example, which i believe is bluetooth, or some other remotes running wifi.
