Pros

Quality is better than the last webcam i owned 10 years ago. There's no lag and the color is great. This camera shows up similarly to my old imac 2012.

It rests on top of my monitor nicely. Works with no problem on skype. Great for the price. Works on any linux operating system.

Cons

Very disappointing logitech. A high price for low quality - and not just inflated for the pandemic. Just another come-on game.

I so wish i'd seen the comments warning about its incompatibility with windows 10.

Low lighting situations are pretty grainy. It's embarrassing when you get on a zoom call with 10 people and you are the only one who is blurry. It makes this whole auto lighting thing pointless.

After plugging and unplugging it in, the issue was not resolved.

Using troubleshooting, it logitech usb camera (hd webcam c525) is an older usb device and might not work with usb 3. The popup dialog 2 has a exit survey option but it doesn't remove it from the registry.
