Cons

It is not. Sending out back. Instead of properly labeling and using the proper part number and description they sell it as one thing and you receive a different item. It just seems like such a waste, very frustrating.

The keyboard lags a lot. It freezes up or sends bad/duplicate keystrokes. The usb dongle has to literally be pointed at the keyboard for it to function.

It was shipping in the box the product comes in and nothing else.

Packaging/appearance

Thankful it does, but this packing was not good.

The box was beaten and crushed on corners.

The only issue that i had was with the packing for shipping.
