Went to my local best buy with the intent of getting the k360 logitech keyboard but made a last second switch to this one.

The build quality is second to none.

Had a big heavy wired usb gaming keyboard which i really like, started to have problems with the wire shorting out when move the keyboard.

Price

It is quiet, responsive, and the lit-up keyboard os a big plus -- not to mention the price.

Packaging/appearance

We had to return the keyboard due to packaging issues, but amazon sent us a new keyboard in 2 days.

By the way the mouse button fix is to buy heavy duty switch's from digi key and replace the switches in the m570.
