Pros & Cons
Pros
The logitech k120 is a great keyboard for the price. It's not for the gamer, but it's great for the office.
The illumination is just perfect for my dimly-lit man cave adult station. I appreciate that the backlight has some profiles that can be shuffled through using fn + f12 without installing anything additional. Backlighting is ok, not needed but provide ... Read More
The ttc red switches were reviewed as being the quietest option. I like that it still has some clicky noise but not overbearing like my previous blue. Great bang for your buck.
The build quality is exceptional, with a sturdy yet sleek design that complements my workspace perfectly. Hardware itself is very sturdy. This thing is one sweet rig!
Highlights
Quality
It is well made and has a very professional look and feel.
Love the ergonomics and the feel and click of the keys.
All this keyboard is missing is rgb, volume control, and better fonts on the keys and it would be perfect.
Always had problems typing on a computer keyboard as i’m a very fast typist and they just couldn’t keep up with me!
Price
It often costs under $50 during sales, making it an outstanding purchase at that price point.
Amazing what you get for this rather low price.
Been searching for a mechanical keyboard, but it felt impossible to find one that wasn’t over $100.
I just couldn’t bring myself to fork out $150 again.
Packaging/appearance
Also, the backplate, if you're into metal and neutral tones, looks quite nice.
Competitiveness
The office keyboard has already lasted longer than other brands and styles i’ve purchased in the past - and it gets a lot of use.
I've had other mechanical keyboards at much higher prices, but i feel this one is far superior.
That nasty white chiclet-style keyboard actually looked tacky by comparison, and the k845 is a solid aluminum with black keys.
If logitech made a g815 with these switches it would be another instant buy for me.
