This mic works like a charm cancelling my loud typing and even my loud a/c right behind me. Voice is very clear on skype calls and produces no feedback or static at all.

Troubleshooting amounted to, basically, are you sure your volume is turned all the way up to you may have a bad sound card. My computer is louder than my voice.

Tried plugging it into every 3 computers. One computer has windows 7 and logitech does not provide support for that, so perhaps that's the problem. It does not have a usb connection, it plugs into the microphone port.

I have high quality headphones so i use those combined with this desk mic.

Sound going outbound, friends say is very good quality.

But even then, i'd hesitate to say that the quality wouldn't be good.

It isn't fantastic sound quality, but if you're just looking for something to use for skype or oovoo then this should be okay.

Competitiveness

It's such a low price but honestly, works like a charm.

I bought it in 2013 still near perfect condition as of almost 2016
