Installation is simple, just insert battery, plug in the usb dongle, and off you go.
Cons
The m325 is poorly constructed and poorly designed. The battery door hatch creates a sharp ridge at the base of the thumb which gave me a blister. Uninstall and reinstall all usb drivers and this is still happening. Device not recognized, etc.
Looks good but regularily fails; requiring switching off and back on. Broke 5 months after purchase.
A poor reflection on logitech. The mouse is dead! I'm now stuck with a useless mouse.

A basic wireless mouse should be pretty foolproof but before buying this i tried another brand and it kept stopping in the middle of work and i thought perhaps my desk with a metal top was interfering with the signal

It works just as well as a good wired mouse but not only is it tidier on the desk my reason for purchasing it there is no wire to get in the way

Since that time i have lost count of the number of times i have carelessly swiped it off my work surface and onto a hard parquet floor scattering the unit its base plate and the battery to all points of the compass
