I like the scroll wheel notched setting. The smooth scroll wheel is very handy for fast scrolling and the scroll mode can be quickly changed with one button. Accuracy is pretty good for me.

Scroll wheel is useless. Skips back and forth when trying to scroll. This is if it is in hyper-fast or click to click mode. Intermittent problem with the cursor control - for a while it moves as expected, but then it starts hopping all over the screen... Read More

The button stays completely clicked down and is unusable.

The lag issue is a dealbreaker. It doesn't matter the system (windows or mac), this mouse is unresponsive. As part of escalating to level 2 support, i was told to (this is copied verbatim from the chat)1. Don't bother with tech support.
