I have been completely satisfied with the purchase. Simple and elegant. And that's what i need. But yeah, it's practical. The logitech options app is just brilliant. It's a great feature.
The white colour numerical is for multiple devices. It is multi-device compatible which means you can use it with windows/mac as well as your android/ios devices. Have not faced any lag in connecting nor usage.
The keyboard and mouse are comfortable to use even for long hours. The cushioned wrist pad is very useful and makes typing more comfortable. Very ergonomic too.

Cons
Key travel is not great but okiesh and the keys are overall very mushy. The scroll wheel is meh, and i haven't much played with the gesture button. The keyboard keys are spongy and really not comfortable to type with.
Feel a perceivable lag during fast paced fps gaming. For this price, the product quality is not at all acceptable. That speaks volume about seller’s brazen confidence.

Coming to comparison between other lower mk series combos, price wasn't my major concern.

For pairing keyboard over bluetooth, it may ask you to enter the passkey on keyboard.
Apart from this, it comes with dedicated shortcuts like calculator, screenshot and with every function you will be notified on the screen.

Bought mk850 multidevice wireless keyboard and mouse combo in oct 2020 and worked brilliantly but mouse start behaving erratically left n right button were not responding specially when holding down and dragging just 10 days before warranty expires

Service center could not replace the mouse so giving full refund and asked for tons of paper id cancelled chq invoice lets see when is money is refunded

Ergonomic wise product is very nice but from last one week the left click is not holding i thought this might be one time issue but it kept on happening i searched the reasons and just to make sure it is not due to dust i passed air with hair dryer to clean any dust but even then its not working
