Pros

This mouse is rechargeable. The battery lasts forever.

I just wish they would bring back the on/off switch of the first generation anywhere. Which amuses me to no end to have a corded cordless mouse. I have it paired with 2 devices and it switches between them seamlessly!

Cons

The ergonomics are horrible. The associates are very ignorant about the mouse. This is too ridiculous so i must save at least one person the greif and surprise. I'm done with logitech after this.

It too-often seems to lose or stutter in its connection with the computer. Maybe it's because it’s bluetooth only and doesn’t have the usb port. Scrolling is constantly laggy, and i end up having to use the touchpad to scroll.

Clicking the scroll wheel toggles speed scroll on the mouse, doesn't actually register a middle click. Every couple days it forgets any custom button bindings, or forgets its bluetooth pairings.

Mine started to sputter and die with frequent disconnections and a dead scrolling wheel after 3 years of daily hardcore use.

The logi is not good to the point i have switched all my mice to us a thirdparty program to assign functions.

Competitiveness

I really wanted to find a similar design, but settled for this new model after failing.

After trying apple's mice offerings, i decided to go back to logitech even for my travel kit.

Note this older version is superseded by the similar anywhere 3.
