It's second only to microsoft's dearly departed arc mouse in ergonomic comfort. Another feature i adore with logitech's mice is their ability to pair simultaneously with three different devices with the button on the bottom.

The scroll wheel on the logitech s3 is exceptionally smooth. Especially scrolling. The weight of the metal wheel allows it to really spin if one needs to reach the bottom of a document.
